The Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites eligible bidders for execution of construction and improvement works of roads, sewerage, water supply, solarization and allied development at Nawa Killi, Mariam Colony, Killi Ameer Muhammad Sardar Yaqoob Bazai Aghberg and adjacent areas in Quetta city. The tender is based on the Composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates for the year 2026 with an estimated cost of **Rs. 74,622,835**. Items being procured: - Construction and improvement of roads - Sewerage system works - Water supply installation - Solarization works - Allied development works Procurements will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active tax payer status with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-4 and above, with financial capacity showing a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 52,235,984 in the last 2 years. Bidders must have completed at least 2 similar projects in the last 5 years with minimum 80% similarity and 50% of the estimated cost. Projects involving maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bidders must provide affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, and no major litigation in the last 5 years.
