Construction & Improvement of Urban Infrastructure and Solarization Works in Quetta

The Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of construction and improvement works of urban infrastructure and solarization for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction & Improvement of Urban Infrastructure and Solarization Works including Roads, Drainage/Sewerage, Tuff Tiles, Street Lights, Water Supply Systems, Culverts, Gates and Home Solar Systems at Various Localities of Quetta. The scope includes comprehensive urban infrastructure development and solarization works involving roads, drainage and sewerage systems, installation of tuff tiles, street lighting, water supply systems, culverts, gates, and home solar systems across multiple localities in Quetta. The project requires adherence to Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include presence in the Active Tax Payer List, registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Bidders must have completed at least two similar assignments with a minimum turnover of PKR 126,763,000 in the last five years, with no blacklisting or litigation issues. Each project must have at least 80% similarity and 50% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation, and subcontracted works are not accepted. The procurement procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security of 3% of the bid amount must accompany the bid in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call in the name of the undersigned.
