Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation and Widening of B/T Roads in Malakand Division

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of various blacktop roads in Malakand Division, specifically in Shangla district. The work will be executed as per work orders with estimated costs ranging from PKR 27.50 million to PKR 31.20 million per package. Bidders must be registered with the C&W Department and active taxpayers with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. PEC category C-5 is required for eligibility. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of call deposit and comply with all KPPRA rules and instructions. The technical bid submission deadline is 1st September 2026 at 12:00 PM. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation approval.
