Construction and Installation of Solar Dehydration Tunnels for Export of Dried Fruits and Vegetables in Baluchistan

Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) invites electronic bids through E-PADS V2.0 from reputed firms with at least five years of relevant experience and proven turnover of Rs. 30 Million. The project involves construction and installation of solar dehydration tunnels to enhance the export of dried fruits and vegetables across different regions of Baluchistan, totaling 42 tunnels. Items being procured: - Construction and installation of 42 Solar Dehydration Tunnels The scope includes all materials and works necessary for the solar dehydration tunnels, aimed at improving export quality and capacity. Bidders must be registered with a valid PEC category C-4 or above and have active Income Tax and Sales Tax registration. A non-blacklisting affidavit and audited reports for the last three years are mandatory. Earnest money of Rs. 3,500,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Pakistan Agricultural Research Council Islamabad is required. The completion period is eighteen calendar months. Bids must be submitted via E-PADS V2.0 by October 29, 2026, till 1100 hrs. Technical and financial bids will be opened at 1130 hrs the same day at the office of Director (Works), Pakistan Agricultural Research Council, Islamabad. Physical submission of bid security is also required at the Director (Works) office in Islamabad or the Director General PARC-Baluchistan Agricultural Research & Development Centre in Quetta. This tender is also available on PPRA and PARC websites. The PARC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
