Construction and Installation of Solar Dehydration Tunnels for Export Enhancement of Dried Fruits and Vegetables in Baluchistan

Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) invites electronic bids through E-PADS V2.0 from reputed firms with at least five years of relevant experience and proven turnover of Rs. 30 Million, supported by last three years audited reports. The procurement is for the construction and installation of 42 Solar Dehydration Tunnels aimed at enhancing the export of dried fruits and vegetables across various regions of Baluchistan. Items being procured: - Construction and installation of Solar Dehydration Tunnels (Total 42) The project requires firms registered with a valid PEC category C-4 or above, with no litigation or blacklisting history, and active income tax and sales tax registration. Earnest money of Rs. 3,500,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Pakistan Agricultural Research Council Islamabad is mandatory. Bidders must register on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal and submit their bids electronically. Physical submission of bid security is also required on the closing date. The tender documents and firm profiles must be submitted via E-PADS V2.0 by 29 October 2026 till 1100 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Director (Works), Pakistan Agricultural Research Council, Plot # 20 Ataturk Avenue, Sector G-5/I, Islamabad.
