Construction and Internal Electrification Work in Office of Additional Secretary Development

The Climate Change, Forestry, Environment & Wildlife Department in Peshawar is inviting bids for construction and rehabilitation work in the office of the Additional Secretary (Development) / Project Director. This tender focuses on the Committee Room involving civil works and internal electrification. Items being procured: - Construction / Rehabilitation Work in the Office of Additional Secretary (Development) / Project Director — Committee Room (civil work & internal electrification). The technical scope includes civil construction and internal electrical wiring and installation within the office premises. The project is funded under the Forest Development Fund and requires compliance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) rules 2014. Contractors must be registered with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-2027, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN. Experience in similar works and adherence to BOQ/Engineer cost estimates is mandatory. The estimated cost is bold PKR 10.00 Million with a bid security of 2%. Proposals must be submitted through EPADS by 24th July 2026 till 1:00 PM, with hard copies delivered to the Project Director / Additional Secretary (Development), CCFE&W Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar. The technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Earnest money in original call deposit form must accompany the bid. Incomplete or late bids will be rejected. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid documents are complete and signed by the authorized person, and upload a neat, clear scanned copy of the BOQ filled as per the official format on EPADS. This will avoid disqualification due to incomplete or conditional bids. Also, be prepared for immediate work commencement upon award to avoid forfeiture of earnest money.
