Construction of IT Hub at Duki City under BSDI Program Phase-III

The Executive Engineer Building CW PP&H Department District Duki invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of an IT Hub at Duki City under BSDI Program Phase-III. The project is based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of IT Hub at Duki City The procurement will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires presence in Active Tax Payer List. Bidding firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration is mandatory. Bidders must have completed assignments of similar nature with a minimum value of PKR 36,400,000. Financial capacity must be demonstrated by submission of CDR or Green Challan. Bid security of 2% of the bid value is required in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call, or Pay Order in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
