Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and be present in the Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration is mandatory. The bidder must have completed three assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 36,400,000 in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call is required.
