Tender Description
The Communication Department (Roads) Pishin is procuring construction services for the Jadga Malikyar Road in District Pishin. This tender invites eligible contractors to submit sealed bids electronically for the construction work based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended and up-to-date. The procurement follows Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Rules 2014 and Pakistan Engineering Council By-Laws.

The technical scope involves civil construction works on the Jadga Malikyar Road, requiring compliance with the latest engineering standards and regulations. The project is significant in scale with an estimated cost of Rs. 298.508 million. Contractors must have valid and updated registration or renewal with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C3 or above, including relevant codes. Fresh registration with tax authorities such as NTN, Sales Tax Department, and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) is mandatory where applicable. Bidders must have completed at least three similar nature assignments to qualify.
Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Roads, CWPP&H Department District Pishin, upon production of a non-refundable green Challan form amounting to Rs. 1500 deposited in the head of account C-02716 Civil Works through Government Treasury or National Bank of Pakistan. Documents are also downloadable from the BPPRA website (wwe.bppra.gob.pk). Bidders downloading documents must submit the deposited green Challan with their bids.
The deadline for submission is 20th August 2026 at 10:00 AM. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids are allowed. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Bids validity is ninety (90) days. No bank drafts or banker checks are acceptable. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per BPPRA rules.
