The District Council Chagai invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of the following work for the year 2026 based on Composite schedule rates 2026 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Khanasif Sanjrani Complex District Chagai Dalbandin Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of Bidders requires presence in Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration is required. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature of work with turnover of at least PKR 263,366,334 in 3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-3 and above (up to 500 million) in relevant category and specialization codes C-3, C-3(F01, ME01, ME02), ME02 (Fire Protection and Protection System), ME01 (Building Automation System), EE01 (Ground System), EE02 (Security, Safety Surveillance System), EE03 (Electrical System), EE11 (Wind and Solar Energy), EE11(v) (Solar Installation), EE03(i) (Building Automation System), EE03(ii) (Energy Generation System). The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid Security: The bids must accompany Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call of 4% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
