Construction of Khatm-e-Nabuwat Chowk

The CW, PP&H Department, District Duki invites eligible bidders for the construction of Khatm-e-Nabuwat Chowk for the financial year 2026. This procurement is based on composite schedule rates 2023 with a tender fee of 1000 PKR and a bid security of 2%. Items being procured: - Construction of Khatm-e-Nabuwat Chowk The project requires bidders to have completed at least 3 similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 2,100,000 in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and appear on the Active Tax Payer List. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage One Envelope method. Bid security must be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit at call of 2% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of 1,000 PKR during office hours on working days from the date of publication until 10 September 2026. The last date for bid submission is 10 September 2026 till 11:00 AM, with tender opening at 12:00 PM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer (Roads), CW, PP&H Department, District Duki. Bidders are advised to ensure their registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA before submission. Timely submission of bids with complete documentation and bid security is essential to avoid disqualification.
