The Federal Seed Certification & Registration Department (FSC&RD) Mauve Area G-9/4 Islamabad invites electronic bids on item rate basis through E-PADS V2.0 from well reputed construction firms experienced in construction of buildings and infra-structural works. Bidders must have completed similar works in the last three years certified by respective clients/departments. Financial eligibility includes last three years bank statements and turnover of Rs. 30 million as per audited reports. Bidders must provide a non-blacklisting affidavit confirming no litigation or blacklisting with any department/client, valid PEC registration in category C-4 or above, and active Income Tax & Sales Tax registration. Items being procured: - Construction of Lab - Office - Store - Garage - Boundary Wall at FSC&RD Khuzdar Balochistan The scope covers construction works at the specified site with all required materials and workmanship as per standards. The tender follows a Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. Earnest money of Rs. 1,200,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of FSC&RD Mauve Area G-9/4 Islamabad is required. Bidders must register on the c-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) at https://procure.gov.pk/#/supplierregistration and submit documents electronically. The bid security in form of Call Deposit/Bank Draft must be uploaded on E-PADS and submitted physically to the Director Federal Seed Certification & Registration Department (FSC&RD) Mauve Area G-9/4 Islamabad by the closing date. Tender documents and firm profiles must be submitted via E-PADS V2.0 latest by 18 November 2026 at 14:00 hours. Bids will be opened at 14:30 hours the same day in presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of the Director FSC&RD Mauve Area G-9/4 Islamabad.
