Tender Description

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of civil works for the Construction of Line Bay at 132 kV GSS Tamman (Controlling 2nd Circuit 132 kV Lakkarmar to Tamman) under IESCO Multiyear Tariff. The total estimated cost for this project is Rs. 4,903,713 including PST. This procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Selection Method, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Items being procured: - Construction of Line Bay at 132 kV GSS Tamman (Controlling 2nd Circuit 132 kV Lakkarmar to Tamman) under IESCO Multiyear Tariff (Rs. 4,903,713 including PST) The scope of work includes all necessary civil works as per the detailed specifications and requirements provided in the bidding documents. Interested bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and must fulfill all eligibility criteria as outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders are also required to submit Earnest Money as described in the Bid Security Section, in the form of Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) no later than 12:00 PM on September 28, 2026.
