Tender Description
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Project Management Unit (PMU) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a Line Bay at 132 kV Grid Station Tamman, controlling the 2nd Circuit 132 kV Lakarmar to Tamman, under the IESCO Multiyear Tariff for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is referenced as P113569 with an estimated cost of **PKR 4,903,713** including PST.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Line Bay at 132 kV GSS Tamman (Controlling 2nd Circuit 132 kV Lakarmar to Tamman)
The scope includes all civil and electrical works necessary for the installation and commissioning of the line bay at the specified grid station. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards as detailed in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant PEC category for electrical works and possess valid FBR registration and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified, or bidders may submit a bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by **Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11:30 AM**. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
