Construction of Link Road from Barkhan to Rakhni Highway Basti Zadin Liaqat Road at District Barkhan (BSDI Phase-III)

The CW, PPH Department District Barkhan invites sealed tenders for the construction of a link road from Barkhan to Rakhni Highway Basti Zadin Liaqat Road at District Barkhan under BSDI Phase-III. Items being procured: - Construction of Link Road from Barkhan to Rakhni Highway Basti Zadin Liaqat Road The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014 as amended. The firm or contractor must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), duly renewed up to date, in the relevant category C-6 or above. The specialized code firm must also be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Presence in the Active Tax Payer List in FBR is mandatory. Bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature of work. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Deposit at Call of 2% as specified in the bidding documents, issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Other mandatory conditions and detailed criteria are mentioned in the bidding documents. Sequential page numbering of bid proposals is required along with initial/signature and seal on all pages. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer (Roads) CW, PP&H Department District Barkhan upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1500. The documents can also be downloaded from www.bppra.org.pk. Bidders must submit the Green Challan Form deposited in government treasury one day prior to the bid opening. Deadline for submission is on or before 27/08/2026 at 10:00 AM. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer (Roads) CW, PP&H Department Barkhan.
