Construction of Link Road, Black Top Roads and Tuff Tile Road in District Loralai BSDI Phase-III 2026-27

The CWPP&H Department District Loralai invites sealed bids from eligible contractors/firms for construction works under BSDI Phase-III 2026-27. Items being procured: - Construction of Link Road from Khan Petroleum Quetta road to Killi Rodlin Baiya Khan Kibzai District Loralai - Construction of Black Top road Nasarabad District Loralai - Tuff Tile of Sardar Gul Marjan Street Pahari Mohallah - Construction of Black Top road from N-70 to Grid Station Mekhtar - Construction of Dhobi Ghatt road Molvi Hanif Masjid District Loralai The works involve road construction including link roads, black top roads, and tuff tile paving in various locations of District Loralai. The projects are scheduled for a two-year completion period. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and appear on the Active Tax Payer list. Firms must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least 70% of each work's PKR amount in the previous year, demonstrating financial capacity. Bids must be submitted under the Single stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 3% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Roads CWPP&H Department Loralai upon submission of the deposit and payment of a Rs. 1500/- tender fee per work. The last date for bid submission is 14th September 2026 by 10:30 AM, with tender opening at 11:00 AM the same day at the department office.
