Construction of Link Road and Black Top Road in Turbat District Kech

The Civil Works, Public Parks and Horticulture Department District Kech is inviting bids from eligible contractors for the execution of two major road construction projects under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative Programme Phase-III in Turbat District Kech. The procurement is based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Link Road from Zubaida Jalal Road to Zamurani Bazar Sarikahn at Turbat District Kech - Construction of Black Top Road Ali Abad Koshkalatat Turbat District Kech These works involve significant civil construction activities including road building and blacktopping, requiring specialized expertise in general civil engineering works, road pavements, drainage, retaining structures, and related infrastructure. The projects are substantial in scale and demand adherence to high-quality standards and timely completion. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 for the first work and C-6 for the second, with relevant specialized codes CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works and CE01-(i) for Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature and demonstrate a turnover of 70% of the estimated cost in the last three years. Active Tax Payer List presence and Balochistan Revenue Authority registration are mandatory. Earnest Money of 2% of the bid value must be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank.
