Construction of Link Road Chorbat and Beautification Works in Ghanche

The Office of the Executive Engineer LG&RD District Ghanche invites sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) bidding procedure from well reputed and experienced Contractors/Firms/JVs with valid PEC registration renewed up to 30th June 2027 or as per extended PEC period for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is for construction and beautification works in Ghanche district, Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured: - Construction of Link Road Ameer Abad Nallah & Ameer Abad Chorbat (Cost: Rs. 18.553 Million) - Improvement/Construction of Link Road at Farol & Talam Thogmos Chorbat (Cost: Rs. 10.456 Million) - Improvement/Construction of Link Road Hassanabad Nallah & Kumik Chorbat (Cost: Rs. 16.006 Million) - Complete Repair/Modification of CGI-7 (GLT-A 1467) Govt. Vehicle into 3 door Parado for AEE LG&RD Khaplu (Cost: Rs. 2.5 Million) - Beautification of Khaplu City (Cost: Rs. 1.1 Million) - Execution of Small Schemes including Construction of Community Hall Nasirabad (Markez Dinis) Khaplu (Cost: Rs. 1.82 Million) The scope includes civil construction of link roads, repair and modification of government vehicle, beautification of Khaplu city, and execution of small schemes. Bidders must have relevant PEC category and code for the works, valid FBR registration, and must submit 5% earnest money as CDR. The bid security amount must be in shape of CDR with the name of EE LG&RD Ghanche. No litigation or block listing certificate is required. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer LG&RD District Ghanche upon submission of application and non-refundable fee. Bids must be submitted by 1st September 2026 before 11:00 AM or 2:00 PM as per specific work timings. Technical bids will be opened on the same day.
