Construction of Local Bores and Solar Water Supply Schemes in District Pishin

The Local Government & Rural Development Department Pishin invites sealed percentage based Electronic bids for the construction of Local Bores, Solar Water Supply Schemes and Solarization of Existing Community Water Supply Schemes at various locations in District Pishin. This procurement is under the B-CSRP 2026 scheme amended up-to-date and requires valid registration with PEC, Income Tax, and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA). Items being procured: - Construction of Local Bores - Solar Water Supply Schemes - Solarization of Existing Community Water Supply Schemes The scope includes construction and solarization works at multiple sites within Pishin district. Bidders must have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover of PKR 103,950,000 in the last 5 years. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 and above, with specialization in CE-10(i) General Civil Engineering. Blacklisting, debarment, major litigation, or non-performance in the last 5 years must be disclosed with details. Each project must have at least 80% similar work and cost at least 50% of the estimated cost. Maintenance, restoration, rehabilitation, and subcontracted works are not accepted. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 3% of the bid amount from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 30th September 2026 at 09:00 AM through the supplier dashboard.
