Municipal Committee Pakpattan invites E-Bids from bidders and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27 and relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.) in accordance with E-Procurements regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules, 2014. The bidders should submit E-bids through E-Procurement System. The E-bids shall be received as per single stage one envelope procedures except Sr. No. 01, where uploading of PDF file is required for submission of E-bid. Items being procured: - Construction of main gate Baba Farid Park and other allied works in already existing Park Pakpattan - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Green Belt near Railway Road - Establishment of Pakpattan café near District Complex All E-bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the estimated price as mentioned in the notice. Bids that are incomplete, not signed, or submitted by other than specified mode will not be considered. Bidders are advised to quote the item rates clearly against each item in the Bid instead of %age above or below otherwise the Bid will be marked as Incomplete and will be excluded from evaluation process. Electronic bids must be registered at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The E-bid submission deadline is 17-11-26 at 01:00 PM and E-bid opening is at 02:00 PM on the same day. Technical scope includes civil construction and rehabilitation works at specified locations in Pakpattan. Eligibility requires registration with PEC for 2026-27 and relevant tax authorities. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security is mandatory as per listed amounts.
