Tender Description
This tender invites pre-qualification applications for construction and maintenance works at Malir Cantt Karachi, including supply of bazar materials. The scope covers various repair, renovation, and construction tasks under Military Engineer Services category. The procurement focuses on civil works and supply of materials within the AOR of Malir Cantt.
The works include provision of facilities, repair and maintenance of residential and non-residential buildings, B&R works at multiple zones, E&M works, and supply of bazar materials for B&R and E&M items. Estimated costs for each work are up to 4 million PKR. The tender documents will be issued to qualified contractors from 9 January 2026.
Only contractors enlisted with MES in categories A to E and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council are eligible. Applications must be submitted by 12 January 2026 by 11:30 AM, with tenders opened at 12:00 PM the same day. Detailed work information is available from the concerned office on working days.
