Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for construction and maintenance works at the PAF Base Chaklala, located in Chaklala, Punjab. The tender notice, issued under PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004, covers the provision of certain facilities at the PAF Base with a combined estimated cost of over **Rs. 107 Million**.

- Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base (NN) Rs. 55.120 Million
Firms are required to submit detailed work orders, locations, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates. Eligible firms must have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works/services and be registered with PEC in the relevant field. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (DI&E) issues.
Eligibility criteria include PEC registration in category C-2 or above valid until June 2027, FBR registration, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and contractors. Bids must be submitted to the HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chaklala by **1130 hours on 4th September 2026** and will be opened at **1200 hours** the same day.
