Tender Description
A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from pre-qualified, enlisted, and security cleared Civil Contractors for construction works in Islamabad. The projects include the construction of a Masjid at Runghan D.G. Khan and an Electrical Workshop at a site near D.G. Khan.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Masjid at Runghan D.G. Khan
- Construction of Electrical Workshop at Site near D.G. Khan
The projects have a completion period of 9 months. The pre-bid meeting and bid opening will be held at the Works Directorate Office, D.G. Khan. Tender documents can be obtained from the Works Directorate Office, D.G. Khan, against a fee of Rs. 3500 for Tender No. 31/2026 and Rs. 5000 for Tender No. 44/2026, from Monday to Friday.
Bidders must submit a fixed bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan along with financial bids. The Bank Guarantee must have an expiry date of at least 6 months from the date of bid opening and be in favor of the Director Finance Works. Bids must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope with the work clearly mentioned.
Two copies of the bid must be submitted (one original and one photocopy). Rates should be written in figures and words separately. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
Tender submissions must be made in person; bids sent by post, courier, or telegraphic means will not be accepted. The Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to analyze quoted rates for reasonability and workability. Incomplete or non-responsive bids will be rejected.

The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 07-10-2026 at 10:00 Hrs, and the financial bid submission deadline is 15-10-2026 at 10:30 Hrs, with bid opening at 11:00 Hrs on the same day.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your Bank Guarantee expiry date is at least six months beyond the bid opening date to avoid disqualification. Also, submit two copies of your bid clearly marked and sealed to comply with the tender requirements.
