Construction of Model Street, Drain Shalober & BQK at Malik Din Khel and Surrounding Areas

The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Khyber, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids through EPADS for the construction of Model Street, Drain Shalober & BQK at Malik Din Khel and surrounding areas including Aka Khel Mushtariqa, Kamer Khel, Mushtariqa Aka Khel, Aka Khel Fronter Road, Kala Khel, and Stori Khel in Peshawar. The works are divided into nine packages with estimated costs ranging from Rs. 20.000 Million to Rs. 30.000 Million per package. Items being procured: - Package 1: Construction of Model Street, Drain Shalober & BQK at Malik Din Khel and surrounding areas - Package 2: Construction of Model Street, Drain Shalober & BQK at Malik Din Khel and surrounding areas - Package 3: Construction of Model Street, Drain Shalober & BQK at Malik Din Khel and surrounding areas - Package 4: Construction of Model Street, Drain Shalober & BQK at Malik Din Khel and surrounding areas - Package 5: Construction of Model Street, Drain Shalober & BQK at Malik Din Khel and surrounding areas - Package 6: Construction of Model Street, Drain Shalober & BQK at Malik Din Khel and surrounding areas - Package 7: Construction of Model Street, Drain Shalober & BQK at Malik Din Khel and surrounding areas - Package 8: Construction of Model Street, Drain Shalober & BQK at Malik Din Khel and surrounding areas - Package 9: Construction of Model Street, Drain Shalober & BQK at Malik Din Khel and surrounding areas The technical scope includes civil construction works for streets, drainage, and related infrastructure in the specified localities. Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014, including PEC registration, FBR/ATL active status, and relevant experience. Earnest money is required at 2% of the engineer's estimated cost. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 19th October 2026 at 1100 hours, with technical bids opening on the same day at 1130 hours. Physical submission of original bid securities is required at the office of the undersigned before the deadline.
