The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Khyber, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids through EPADS for construction works under a single stage two envelope procedure. The projects involve construction of model streets and drainage systems at Shalober & BQK, Malik Din Khel, Aka Khel Mushtariqa, Kamer Khel, Mushtariqa Aka Khel, Aka Khel Fronter Road, Kala Khel, and Stori Khel in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Package 1: Construction of Model Street and Drain at Shalober & BQK, Malik Din Khel, Aka Khel Mushtariqa, Malik Din Khel, Kamer Khel, Mushtariqa Aka Khel, Aka Khel Fronter Road, Kala Khel, Stori Khel (Estimated Cost Rs. 30.000 Million) - Package 2: Same scope and locations as Package 1 (Rs. 30.000 Million) - Package 3: Same scope and locations as Package 1 (Rs. 30.000 Million) - Package 4: Same scope and locations as Package 1 (Rs. 20.000 Million) - Package 5: Same scope and locations as Package 1 (Rs. 30.000 Million) - Package 6: Same scope and locations as Package 1 (Rs. 30.000 Million) - Package 7: Same scope and locations as Package 1 (Rs. 30.000 Million) - Package 8: Same scope and locations as Package 1 (Rs. 30.000 Million) - Package 9: Same scope and locations as Package 1 (Rs. 20.000 Million) The technical scope includes civil construction of streets and drainage infrastructure in the specified localities. Bidders must meet basic eligibility and qualifying criteria as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. Technical and financial bid evaluation criteria are detailed in the Bid Solicitation Documents available on EPADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA website. Bidders must submit/upload technical and financial bids through EPADS before the deadline. Original bid security in the form of call deposit receipt must be physically submitted to the office of the undersigned via registered post or courier before bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened online in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligibility requires registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status. Earnest money is 2% of the engineer's estimated cost. The last date for bid submission is 19th October 2026 at 11:00 hours, with technical bids opening on the same day at 11:30 hours. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security is properly prepared and submitted physically on time, as failure to do so will result in disqualification even if the online bid is submitted.
