Construction of Multipurpose Hall Brewery Road Quetta

The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites sealed tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date from interested contractors or firms for the construction of a Multipurpose Hall located at Brewery Road Quetta. Items being procured: - Construction of Multipurpose Hall Brewery Road Quetta The procurement will be carried out in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014 amended up to date. Basic eligibility requires firms or contractors to have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) renewed up to date in relevant category. Single entity firms must have PEC registration in Category C-6 or above with the relevant specialized code. Firms must also be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority and have active tax payer status (ATL) with valid registration for Income Tax and presence in Active Tax Payer List in FBR (ATL). Turnover must be at least for the last three years. Bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature of work. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee of 2% of the bid amount from a scheduled bank. The method of procurement is Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure. Firms can download bidding documents from the BPPR website www.bppra.org.pk. Tender processing fee of Rs.1500/- must be deposited in government treasury under account C-03870 through Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). The last date for bid submission is 08/10/2026 by 9:00 am. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand or registered mail to the office of the Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department Zarghoon Road Quetta. Tender opening will be on the same day at 9:15 am at the same office. Bid validity period is ninety (90) days.
