Construction of Multipurpose Hall at Brewery Road Quetta

The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites sealed tenders for the construction of a Multipurpose Hall located at Brewery Road Quetta. This procurement is based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date. Items being procured: - Construction of Multipurpose Hall at Brewery Road Quetta The project requires contractors/firms with valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above and the relevant specialized code. Firms must also be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and have an active tax payer list (ATL) registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for at least the last three years. Bidders must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature. A bid security of 2% of the bid amount in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Tender documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website www.bppra.org.pk. A tender processing fee of Rs. 1500/- must be deposited in the government treasury under account C-03870 through the Green Challan Form at the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). The last date for bid submission is 08/10/2026 at 9:00 am. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand or registered mail to the office of the Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department, Zarghoon Road Quetta. Tender opening will be held the same day at 9:15 am at the same office. The bid validity period is ninety (90) days.
