Tender Description
The Punjab Forest Department invites engineering firms and contractors to participate in the procurement process for the construction of a multistory hostel dedicated to PM&E Wing Officers and Officials in Lahore. This tender is conducted under the PPRA E-Tendering System following the scheme titled 'Strengthening of PM&E Wing of Forest Department' and in accordance with the latest PPRA Rules and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) guidelines.

- Construction of Multistory Hostel for PM&E Wing Officers / Officials
The contractor must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System and possess a valid PEC license with the relevant category, specifications, and code. The tender requires submission of detailed technical and financial proposals online via the EPADS portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Earnest Money amounting to 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 3.788 Million) must be submitted through PSID or Bank Guarantee as per E-Pads requirements.
The tender documents include detailed notice inviting tender (DNIT), BOQs, and specifications which must be fully completed and submitted electronically. Conditional tenders or those without earnest money will be rejected. The opening of technical bids will be conducted online on 07.10.2026 at 11:30 A.M., with financial bids opened after technical evaluation on the same platform.
Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all PPRA rules, including submission of performance guarantees and valid FBR/ATL registration. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
