Construction of Office Buildings, Residence Buildings, and Ecotourism Huts under UGPP Wildlife Component

The Assistant Conservator of Wildlife (ACW) Hazarganji Chiltan National Park UGPP (Wildlife Component) Quetta invites sealed tenders from interested firms and contractors for construction works under the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2026, Government of Balochistan. The procurement includes three main construction projects: Items being procured: - Construction of Office Buildings (Bid Security 3%) - Construction of Residence Buildings - Construction of Ecotourism Huts These works are to be executed in Quetta under the UGPP Wildlife Component. The scope involves civil construction of office, residential, and ecotourism facilities, requiring adherence to the CSR 2026 standards. The projects demand quality materials and skilled workmanship to meet the environmental and structural requirements of the wildlife park. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding valid registration in Category C-4 & 5 or above, including the relevant specialized code. Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity with valid registration with Income Tax and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) along with active taxpayer status on the ATL. Firms blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan are ineligible. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Conservator of Wildlife upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2500 deposited in government treasury under head C-03370 through Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan. The NIT and bidding documents are also downloadable from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bidders must submit the Green Challan Form one day prior to bid opening. The bid security of 3% must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard by 17 August 2026 at 09:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM through the EPPS system.
