Tender Description
The Assistant Conservator of Wildlife (ACW) Hazarganji Chiltan National Park UGPP (Wildlife Component) Quetta invites sealed tenders for significant construction works under the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2026, Government of Balochistan. This tender is specifically for the construction of office buildings, residence buildings, and ecotourism huts within the wildlife component of the UGPP project in Quetta. Items being procured:

The technical scope involves comprehensive civil works for the construction of these buildings and huts, adhering to the standards and specifications outlined in the CSR 2026. The project is located at Hazarganji Chiltan National Park, Quetta, requiring contractors to have expertise in construction within protected wildlife areas. Eligibility criteria are strict: firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 & 5 or above, with relevant specialized codes. Bidders must have completed at least two similar assignments and demonstrate financial capacity through the last two years of financial statements. Valid registration with Income Tax and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) including active taxpayer list (ATLS) status is mandatory. Firms blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan are disqualified.
The procurement method is Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Conservator of Wildlife upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs.2500 deposited under head C-03370 through Green Challan Form in National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). The NIT and bidding documents are also downloadable from www.bppra.org.pk. Bidders must submit the Green Challan Form deposited in government treasury one day prior to bid opening. Bid security of 3% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank is required.
The last date for bid submission is **17 August 2026 at 09:00 AM** electronically via the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM on the EPPS System. Submission and issuance address is the office of the Assistant Conservator of Wildlife, Hazarganji Chiltan National Park UGPP, Quetta. The bid validity period is ninety (90) days.
