The work must comply with the latest composite schedule of rates 2026 and relevant Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature in the last 3 years, with a turnover of at least PKR 30 Hundred Thousand, and must be registered with relevant taxation departments. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee equal to the specified amount is mandatory.
