Construction and Pavement of Street, Drain, Culverts and Retaining Wall at Tehsil Batkhela

The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Batkhela invites bids electronically through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) on a single stage single envelope procedure from eligible and experienced firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and enlisted with Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for the following construction work in Batkhela city. Items being procured: - Construction/Pavement of Street - Drain - Culverts - Retaining Wall at Tehsil Batkhela This project involves civil works including street pavement, drainage system installation, construction of culverts, and retaining walls to improve infrastructure in Tehsil Batkhela. The contractor must ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards as per the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include registration with PEC and Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status with FBR, and submission of earnest money at 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 56,000). Bidders must attach copies of CNIC, NTN/Income Tax certificate, KPRA registration, power of attorney if applicable, and tender form/BOQ/BSDs. Bids must be submitted electronically only through EPADS by 22nd September 2026 at 12:15 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:45 PM in the office of Tehsil Municipal Administration Batkhela. Manual or fax submissions are not accepted. The electrical works must be vetted by the Assistant Engineer (Electrical) Local Council Board, Peshawar before execution.
