Construction of PCC Roads and DWSS Civil Works in Tirah Valley District Khyber

The Local Government and Rural Development Department District Khyber is inviting sealed tenders for significant infrastructure development in Tirah Valley District Khyber. This procurement includes two major works under the Integrated Area Development Package for Tirah Valley. The first work involves the construction of 07 Nos of PCC Roads (Street Pavements) at various areas of Tirah Valley with an estimated cost of Rs. 149.70 Million. The second work covers DWSS Civil Works for 26 Nos at various areas in Tirah Valley with an estimated cost of Rs. 110.67 Million. Items being procured: - Construction of 07 Nos of PCC Roads/Street Pavements - DWSS Civil Works for 26 Nos at various areas The technical scope includes construction and civil works for street pavements and water supply sanitation system civil works. Contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Valid PEC registration and Active Tax Payer List (ATL) registration with FBR are mandatory. Experience in similar works is expected to ensure quality and timely completion. The tender follows a single stage double envelope procedure through EPADS. Bidders must submit their bids electronically and also send hard copies in sealed envelopes containing separate technical and financial proposals to the office of the Assistant Director LG&RDD District Khyber before the deadline. The closing date and time for submission is 04-08-2026 at 12:00 pm, with bid opening at 12:30 pm the same day. Earnest Money in the form of 2% CDR and additional 8% security is required in favor of the Assistant Director LG&RDD District Khyber. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of Assistant Director LG&RDD District Khyber on 31-07-2026 at 05:00 pm. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical proposals with a numbered table of contents and ensure all documents are clear and complete. One practical tip is to ensure the NOC from IG (FC) North is obtained as required, to avoid disqualification. Timely submission and compliance with all terms will enhance chances of success.
