The works require specialized knowledge in civil construction, sewerage infrastructure, and solar energy systems. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, with relevant specialized codes EE11(i), EE11(ii), EE11(iii), EE11(vi) for solar and CE10, CE01, C6(11), CE09(0) for sewerage works. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Experience of at least three similar assignments with a turnover of 70% of the Bill of Quantities cost in the last three years is mandatory. The tender fee is PKR 1500 payable via green challan under head C-3870. Bid security of 4% of the estimated cost must accompany the bid in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit.
