The Local Government and R&D Department Kachhi invites eligible bidders for the execution of construction works for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates. The procurement involves the construction of PCC street installation of solar streetlights in Village Lundi District and construction of street lights at Mach Prindali Dhadar. Items being procured: - Construction of PCC street installation of solar streetlights Village Lundi District - Construction of street lights at Mach Prindali Dhadar The bidding firm must be present in the Active Tax Payer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration is required. The bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature of work with turnover of at least 17,500,000 PKR in 3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned with an issuance fee of 2,000 PKR. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% of the estimated cost in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. The last date for bid submission is 30 September 2026 till 09:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 10:00 AM at the Local Government Office, Dhadar.
