Construction of PCC Street Masjid / Imam Bargah Wali Village Jhulana

The District Council Mandi Bahauddin invites tenders for the Development Schemes of the Annual Development Program 2026-27. The tender documents must be uploaded on the EPAD Dashboard by 21-09-2026 at 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the Hall of District Council, Mandi Bahauddin, in the presence of contractors or their representatives. All procurement activities across Punjab will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bid Security of 5% in favor of District Council MBDin must be uploaded as per guidelines. Conditional tenders and forged documents will not be entertained and legal action will be taken against offenders. Successful bidders offering rates more than 4.99% below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security as per Finance Department Letter No. RO(Tech)FD.1-2/2017 dated 16-11-2022 and LG&CD Department Letter No. SO(Budget)(LG)1-37/2022-23(ADP) dated 07-12-2022.
