Bidders must submit bids through Punjab E-Procurement System by 10:30 AM on 5th November 2026. Earnest money in shape of Pay Order, Bank Draft/Cash or Bank Guarantee valid for 3 months beyond completion date is mandatory. Performance Guarantee is not accepted. Performance security must be received within 15 days after acceptance of tenders and will be returned three months after successful completion of work.
