The Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development is inviting bids for the construction of pedestrian bridges at Airport Road Quetta. This tender is specifically for the execution of two pedestrian bridges, a critical infrastructure project aimed at improving pedestrian safety and mobility in the city of Quetta, Balochistan.

The project requires experienced contractors with a proven track record in civil engineering works, particularly in pedestrian bridge construction. The technical scope includes all necessary civil works, materials, and labor to complete the bridges according to the composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. The site is located at Airport Road, a key area in Quetta, demanding high-quality construction standards and adherence to safety regulations.
Eligibility criteria are stringent: bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above with the relevant specialized code CE10(c) for General Civil Engineering Works. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Additionally, bidders should have completed at least two similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 130,000,000 in the last three years. Bid security of 2% of the bid value is mandatory, along with a tender processing fee of PKR 1000.
