Tender Description
The Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority in Peshawar has issued a corrigendum extending the deadline for submission of proposals for the construction of the Peshawar D.I. This project is a significant infrastructure development under the Provincial Expressways program aimed at enhancing regional connectivity and transportation efficiency.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Peshawar D.I. Khan Motorway (360 KM)
This large-scale civil works project involves extensive road construction activities including earthworks, pavement laying, bridge and culvert construction, and associated infrastructure development along the motorway corridor. The scope demands high-quality materials and adherence to engineering standards suitable for motorway construction in the region.
Eligible bidders should possess relevant PEC registration in the appropriate civil works category and demonstrate prior experience in large-scale road infrastructure projects. Compliance with FBR registration and active ATL status is mandatory. The technical bid should clearly outline the methodology, resources, and timeline for project execution.
The original notice was published on 15th June 2026, and the new submission deadline is extended to 10th July 2026 at 1600 hours, with proposal opening scheduled for the same day at 1630 hours. Interested parties should submit their proposals to the Project Directorate, Provincial Expressways, Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority, Peshawar.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all Earnest Money and CDR documents are prepared in strict accordance with the tender requirements and submitted within the extended deadline to avoid disqualification.
