The specific works include: - Construction of Pole Foundations for 132KV D/C T/Line from 500/132KV G/S AIIC – 132KV G/S Allama Iqbal Industrial City No.2 (Deposit Work) - Construction of Pile Pole Foundations for 132KV D/C T/Line FIEDMC-1 to FIEDMC-2 in & out at 500/132KV G/S Allama Iqbal Industrial City (AIIC) Deposit Work The technical scope requires specialized PEC categories C4 and C5 with specialization codes CE-10 and CE-02. Contractors must have completed at least two similar contracts within the last ten years awarded by WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs, with contract values exceeding 40% of the estimated BOQ cost. Bidders must be on the active tax payer list (ATL) and provide income tax returns for the last three years. Average annual turnover should be at least half the amount mentioned for the work, supported by audited financial statements.
