Tender Description
The Urban Planning and Development Department Loralai Division invites sealed percentage tenders based on Composite Schedule of Rates 2023, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date from interested contractors or firms who have renewal for the year 2026-27 for the following work in Loralai city.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Pond Pipeline and Bore for Agriculture Land Naseer Khan Killi Sagar Loralai
This project involves the construction of a pond pipeline and bore to support agricultural land irrigation in Naseer Khan Killi Sagar area of Loralai. The work requires experienced contractors with PEC registration category C-5 and above, capable of handling projects up to 65 million PKR. The bidder must have completed at least three similar assignments with a turnover of no less than 34,653,467 PKR in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity and technical expertise.
Eligibility criteria include presence on the Active Taxpayer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency, and registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council. The bidder must provide an authority letter on judicial stamp paper, attested by an oath commissioner, mentioning the TSE number and issuance date. Bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or call deposit of 3% of the bid amount is mandatory.
