Construction of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) for Industry Hub at Daanish University Islamabad

Daanish University Trust Islamabad invites bids for the construction of an Industry Hub building comprising approximately 40,000 square feet of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) works. The project includes design, fabrication, supply, and erection of the steel PEB structure along with associated civil works, MEP, HVAC, foundations, roofing, cladding, and allied works. The scope covers Grey Structure foundation works, PEB steel structure, finishing/interior works, electrical wiring and installations, plumbing, and VRF HVAC system installation. The contractor is responsible for mobilization, site establishment, temporary utilities, quality assurance, debris removal, supervision, and defects liability. The building is to be completed with a fast-track schedule, with shell & core delivery by March 22, 2027, and full completion by July 31, 2027. Items being procured: - Grey Structure Foundation Works - Pre-Engineered Building Steel Structure - Finishing and Interior Works including tiling, carpet, gypsum partitions, doors, wood and metal works - Electrical Works including wiring, panels, lighting, earthing, and testing - Plumbing Works including water supply, sanitary piping, fixtures, and drainage - VRF HVAC System including indoor/outdoor units, piping, ducting, and controls Eligibility requires PEC registration in C-1 category or higher with specified codes, valid NTN and FBR ATL registration, minimum 5 years operation, no blacklisting, and submission of bid security of Rs. 2,000,000. Technical evaluation is based on firm experience, financial soundness, design capability, fabrication facility, erection capability, and fast-track completion experience.
