Tender Description
The Municipal Corporation Hub is inviting eligible bidders for the construction of five primary schools and three middle schools located in Sakran, Gaddani, Duriji, and Hub for the fiscal year 2026. This procurement is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates, with an estimated cost of **PKR 380,000,000**. The project involves general civil engineering works including concrete repairs and general building maintenance, requiring specialized skills in these areas.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-3 or above, with relevant specialized codes CE10(i), CE10(iii), and CE10(vii). Firms must have completed at least two similar assignments with a turnover of at least **PKR 266,000,000** in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity and experience. Registration with the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and no blacklisting by any procuring agency is mandatory. The bidder must provide fresh performance certificates verified by the concerned department, and all documents must be original and not edited copies.
The tender requires submission of bid security amounting to 2% of the bid value in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank.
