Tender Description
The Directorate of Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE) Islamabad invites applications for Pre-Qualification and Bidding from firms and contractors enlisted with MES for various construction and consultancy works at DCI Islamabad. Firms not enlisted with MES must submit 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favor of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Only qualified contractors will be issued bidding documents.
Items being procured:
- Construction, provision, and installation of certain residential works
- Construction, provision, and installation of certain non-residential works
- Consultancy services including design and Resident Engineer (RE) supervision for the above works
The scope includes civil construction, installation of facilities, and professional consultancy services to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications at DCI Islamabad. Interested firms must have relevant PEC categories and valid FBR/ATL registration. Experience and performance reports for the last three years will be evaluated.
Applications will be accepted from 25 September 2026 until 08 October 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad by 12:30 PM on 09 October 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of authorized representatives. The tender notice is also available on the PPRA website.
