Construction, Provision, Installation and Consultancy Services for Residential and Non-Residential Facilities at DCI Islamabad

This tender invites pre-qualification and bidding from firms and contractors enlisted with MES or otherwise for various construction and consultancy works at DCI Islamabad under the Directorate of Works and Contracts & Estate (DW&CE). The procurement covers both residential and non-residential facilities, including services and installation works, as well as consultancy services for design and RE supervision. Items being procured: - Construction, provision, and installation of certain residential facilities - Construction, provision, and installation of certain non-residential facilities - Consultancy services for design and RE supervision of certain works at DCI Islamabad The scope includes civil construction, installation works, and professional consultancy services for design and supervision. The works are to be executed at the Defence Complex Islamabad, requiring qualified contractors with relevant experience. Firms not enlisted with MES must submit 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favor of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Eligibility requires firms to be enlisted with MES or provide earnest money as stated. Contractors must provide details of works executed in the last three years, including agency, amount, time allowed, actual completion, progress, and department performance reports. FBR and ATL registration are implied requirements for participation. Applications will be received from 08 July 2026 to 22 July 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad by 12:30 hrs on 23 July 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 13:00 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives.
