Tender Description
The Directorate of Works and Contracts and Estate (DW&CE) Islamabad is inviting applications for pre-qualification and bidding from firms and contractors for various construction and consultancy services at DCI Islamabad. This tender is specifically for contractors enlisted with MES; however, firms not enlisted must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favor of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad.
Items being procured:
- Construction, Provision, Installation of Certain Residential / Non Residential / Services / Facilities at DCI Islamabad
- Consultancy Services (Design / RE Supervision) for Certain Works at DCI Islamabad
The scope includes construction, provision, and installation works for residential and non-residential facilities, along with consultancy services for design and resident engineer supervision. The works are to be executed at the DCI Islamabad site, requiring qualified contractors with relevant experience and PEC registration. Firms must be registered with FBR and ATL to be eligible.
Applications will be received from 08 July 2026 until 22 July 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad by 23 July 2026 at 12:30 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 13:00 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives. The bidding documents will be issued only to qualified contractors.
