Construction of Public Library at Tehsil Maiwand District Kohlu

The CW, PP&H Department District Kohlu is inviting sealed tenders for the construction of a public library at Tehsil Maiwand, District Kohlu. The contractor must demonstrate financial capacity with turnover records for the last three years and have completed at least two assignments of similar nature. An affidavit of no litigation and non-blacklisting history is required, along with an oath certificate attested by an oath commissioner confirming authenticity of all bid documents. Bidding documents can be obtained by registered contractors with PEC upon submission of a non-refundable green challan of PKR 1500 deposited in head of account C-02716 through Government Treasury or National Bank Pakistan. If requested by mail, documents will be dispatched by registered mail at the applicant’s cost. Earnest money must be submitted as a bank guarantee or call deposit from a scheduled bank.
