Construction Works for Public Toilets, Waiting Sheds, Monument, Taxi Stand, and Road Rehabilitation at Duki City

The Municipal Committee Duki invites eligible bidders to participate in the execution of multiple construction works scheduled for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates. These works are to be carried out on a percentage rate basis with a tender fee of Rs. 1,500 for works at serial numbers 1, 2, and 4, and Rs. 1,000 for works at serial numbers 3 and 5. A bid security of 2% is required for each work under the BSDI Phase-III program. Items being procured: - Construction of Public Toilets (4 Sets) at City area Duki - Construction of Waiting Sheds (5 Sets) at City area Duki - Construction of Monument at Quaid-Azam Chock Masjid Road Duki - Construction & Improvement of Taxi Stand at Eid-gah Road Duki Rehabilitation & Improvement of Wagon Adda at Bypass Road Duki - Construction & Rehabilitation of Luni & Thal Chutiyali Adda at Nana Saib Ziarat Road Duki The procurement will be conducted under the Baluchistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. Bidders must meet all mandatory eligibility criteria as outlined in the bidding documents. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at 2% of the bid value from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of the tender fee or downloaded from the BPPRA website. The issuance of tender documents starts from the date of publication of the NIT until 07 September 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 07 September 2026 by 11:00 AM, with the tender opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Municipal Committee Duki.
