The Buildings Division Attock invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors for important construction and maintenance works in Attock and Rawalpindi. Contractors must be enlisted and renewed with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category and must produce original PEC licenses. The tender documents must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System with a 5% bid security submitted electronically as per PPRA rules. Physical financial instruments will not be accepted. The tender opening will be held at the office of the Commissioner, Rawalpindi Division, Rawalpindi. Bidders or their authorized representatives must attend the opening with a valid Power of Attorney. The lowest evaluated responsive bidder will be announced in accordance with PPRA rules.
