Construction and Rehabilitation of Black Top Roads at District Loralai

The CWPP&H Department District Loralai invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for construction and rehabilitation of black top roads at various locations in District Loralai, Balochistan. The procurement follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014. Items being procured: - Construction of Black Top Roads at different Muhalas and Out Skirt Areas at District Loralai PSDP No. 1290 Z2026.0817 (Estimated Cost Rs. 57,712,085/-) - Construction/Rehabilitation of Black Top Road from Haji Manan Pump to Killi Katvi District Loralai PSDP No. 1205 Z2026.0536 (Estimated Cost Rs. 99,503,058/-) - Construction of Black Top Road Minara Khurd District Loralai PSDP No. 1294 Z2026.0821 (Estimated Cost Rs. 34,826,151/-) - Construction of Black Top Road from Laghai Dam to Bergunoo District Loralai PSDP No. 1291 Z2026.0818 (Estimated Cost Rs. 85,572,333/-) - Construction of Black Top Road Kach Amakzai Main Killi District Loralai PSDP No. 1292 Z2026.0819 (Estimated Cost Rs. 35,821,159/-) - Construction of Black Top Road from N-70 to Killi Bilal Khan Abdul Rahimzai Kach Amakzai (PH-I) District Loralai PSDP No. 1460 z2026.3599 (Estimated Cost Rs. 199,004,978/-) The works involve blacktop road construction and rehabilitation at multiple sites within Loralai district. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 and above for lots 1, 3, and 5, and C-5 and above for lots 2 and 4. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must have valid FBR registration and NTN. Earnest money of Rs. 1500/- is required as call deposit for each work. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope with bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 3% of the estimated cost.
